COOKING GUIDELINES. COOK FROM FROZEN All cooking appliances vary, the following is a guideline only. Remove all packaging. ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING. OVEN COOK. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. 2. Remove from outer packaging. 3. Wrap two pieces in foil to form a parcel. 4. Place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. 5. Cook for 25-35 minutes. 6. For fan assisted ovens reduce the cooking time/temperature according to the manufacturer's handbook. MICROWAVE. 1. Place fish on a non-metallic plate suitable for the microwave, cover and vent. 2. Place the plate directly onto the centre of the turntable and cook as follows: TO MICROWAVE. CATEGORY B (650W), COOK ON FULL POWER 4 1/2-5 1/2 MINUTES, STAND 1 MINUTE. CATEGORY D (750W), COOK ON FULL POWER 3 1/2-4 1/2 MINUTES, STAND 1 MINUTE. CATEGORY E (850W), COOK ON FULL POWER 3-4 MINUTES, STAND 1 MINUTE.
